TheyDo is looking for a senior full-stack engineer with a backend mindset to help us re-architect how journeys are built and delivered. You'll focus about 60–70% of your time on backend systems, while also pitching in on UI polish and frontend performance where needed. Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for a compliance platform built on Google Cloud Platform. Write code in Go and Node.js and participate actively in the code review with Github. Identify and assess the future technical requirements of the platform and develop actionable plans to meet those needs. Coach engineers to help them grow personally and professionally. Provide day to day technical oversight for their team. Drive engineering excellence, collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Conversational AI team at Trellis, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our AI-driven customer experiences. You’ll architect and build intelligent systems that power natural, engaging conversations between users and our platform.
